TOLSTOY'S RELIGIOUS AND PHILOSOPHICAL SEARCHES In article the criticism of Christian Church in L.N. Tolstoy's creativity is considered. L.N. Tolstoy's such works as "In what my belief are considered? ", "The Christian doctrine", "Research of dogmatic divinity". By the author it is shown that the criticism of Christian Church concentrates that the official church Christianity doesn't make any ethical demands. The church, according to L.N. Tolstoy ceased to be the spiritual head of society. Tolstoy's religious and moral doctrine arose as a criticism result to them institute of Church and the church Christian doctrine. The principle of nonresistance angry is expression of a valuable normativnost of the doctrine of Tolstoi and is based on love as main valuable paradigm of the religious and moral doctrine of the thinker. The main thought of the religious and moral doctrine of Tolstoy consisted in recognition of the absolute importance of a precept of nonresistance and its universal functionality.
