In der Stadt wohnen mehr Menschen, die Straßen sind breiter und größer, die Häuser höher und schöner... viele Straßen, freie Plätze mit Brunnen und Alleen, Kirchen und Schulhäuser... Auf den Dörfern wohnt man gewöhnlich gesünder; in der Stadt hat man aber mehr Unterhaltung und Bequemlichkeit... öffent liche Gärten und Spaziergänge... die Höckerinnenoder Obstverkäuferinnen... Hieristmancherlei Leben und Verkehr... [13, s. 46- 47]. More people live in the city, the streets are wider and bigger, the houses are higher and more beautiful... many streets, open spaces with fountains and avenues, churches and school buildings... In the villages you usually live healthier, but in the city you have more entertainment and comfort... public gardens and walks... retailers or fruit sellers... Here is a lot of life and traffic... Within the indications that make city one can see many residential buildings close each other, active social life and many results of it as the most common urban criteria for all German authors.
